Luiz Blanc is a partner and attorney at Gilat, Bareket & Co. He joined the firm in 2000 and has since represented major national and international clients in matters pertaining to intellectual property in a broad variety of sectors and industries. His practice focuses on trademarks, unfair competition, dispute resolution, industrial designs, copyrights and IP licensing.

Mr Blanc has an extensive track record with respect to litigation and enforcement proceedings before all levels of Israeli courts, as well as with respect to opposition, cancellation, revocation and complex prosecution proceedings before the Registrar of Patents, Designs and Trademarks.

With more than two decades of experience, Mr Blanc has been involved in complex trademark litigation and prosecution proceedings at all court levels and jurisdictions throughout Israel.
