Experience

Emilia engages in litigation, as well as commercial agreements in various aspects of Intellectual Property rights, including patents, trademarks, designs and copyrights.  She represents clients in litigation proceedings before Israeli courts and the Registrar of Patents, Designs and Trademarks.

Emilia joined the firm as an attorney at law in 2021, after having completed her internship at the Central District Attorney’s Office.
